The "So What" course was a practical investment in my communication skills, and I'd recommend it to anyone whose work involves persuading or informing an audience. It gave me a concrete method I can reuse. I start by designing the message around the right audience, open with a tight Context, other steps you will learn in the course, and the close is the "so-what" (aka the answer that the audience wants to know). The key point is that the framework is practical and is working. The idea that stuck with me was the distinction between merely describing information and pushing through to why it matters to the audience; repeatedly asking "so what?" until a point lands and is clear. It has changed how I draft slides and emails. I especially valued two types of storylines: grouping and deduction. PS: I am a Consultant writing slides every day
